Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
First Ball to Last (“FBTL,” “we,” “us”) is an emotional-intelligence program for competitive tennis players, parents, and coaches. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us. It applies to firstballtolast.com and the membership experience on this site.
Who we are
FBTL is operated from Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. For privacy questions, write support@firstballtolast.com or call +1 310-776-0180.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account, join a membership, fill out a form, or email us. That typically includes your name, email address, billing address, and payment details handled by our payment processor. If you use member tools, we also store the responses you choose to save — for example check-ins, reflections, and profile fields such as goals.
The site also collects standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and similar log information needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this information to provide membership access, process payments, send account and program messages, improve the Teaching Academy and tools, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and embedded media
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Some pages embed YouTube videos. Those embeds may set cookies from Google according to YouTube’s own policies. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate the site — hosting, membership billing, email delivery, and video hosting — only as needed to provide FBTL. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and our members.
How long we keep it
We keep account and membership records for as long as you have an account and as needed for billing, tax, and legal purposes after that. You can ask us to update or delete information that is not required for those purposes.
Your choices
You can update account details from your member account, cancel a paid membership from your account settings, and email us to request a copy or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention requirements.
Children
FBTL is written for competitive players and the adults who support them. If a junior player uses the program, a parent or guardian should create and manage the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without that adult involvement.
Changes
We may update this policy as the program changes. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
