These terms govern your use of First Ball to Last, including the website, memberships, Teaching Academy, Daily Routines, Emotion Racket, Pep Talks, Player’s Box, Character to Star, and related tools.
The program
FBTL is a tennis-specific emotional-intelligence program. It offers education, language, routines, and practical tools. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or licensed sports psychology. Read the Disclaimer before you rely on any part of the program.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details private. One membership is for the person who registered, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must be able to enter a binding agreement. If you set up access for a junior player, you are responsible for that account.
Memberships and billing
FBTL offers a free starting path and a paid FBTL Pro membership. Paid plans are billed at the rate shown at checkout — currently $20 per month or $200 per year — unless a different offer is displayed when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid membership at any time from your account to stop future renewals. Access generally continues through the period you already paid. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. See the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute FBTL lessons, videos, or tools outside your own personal use. Do not share login credentials, attempt to break into the site, or use the program to harass anyone. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
Intellectual property
The FBTL name, logo, writing, videos, and tools belong to First Ball to Last. Membership gives you a limited, personal license to use the program while your account is active. It does not transfer ownership.
Warranties and liability
The program is provided as-is. Tennis and competition involve risk, and results vary. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FBTL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make on court or at home after using the material. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
